In the north-western part of the Black Sea began on Monday international exercises Sea Breeze 2014 with the participation of naval forces, among others, Ukraine and the USA. Their goal is to practice measures to ensure safety of navigation in the zone crisis.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will increase the number of observers supervising the ceasefire in the eastern part of Ukraine – said Monday in Kiev, the head of the OSCE mission Ertugrul Apakan.
