Utilities: France gives 785 million for Mistral Russia – Puls Biznesu

The Russian daily Kommersant wrote about the amount offered by the French. He also informed that the Russian side considered it too low. Reportedly, the Ministry of Defence has calculated that Russian companies have already suffered EUR 1.6 billion costs associated with the ordered ships.

France had to supply two Mistral-class warships to Russia in 2014 and 2015 years. She did not do this because of the conflict in Ukraine. The contract value amounted to EUR 1.2 billion.
