New Year’s Eve scale assaults on women in Germany is greater than ever administered. From the confidential report of the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA), which cite broadcasters WDR, NDR and the daily “Sueddeutsche Zeitung” (“SZ”) shows that New Year’s Eve, women were molested and robbed in 12 federal states.

Journalists WDR, NDR and “SZ” revealed that in the cities of North Rhine-Westphalia (mainly in Cologne, Duesseldorf and Bielefeld), police reported 13 January a total of 1,076 notifications about crime in New Year’s Eve. 692 of them are cases of injury linked to the theft, 384 cases of sexual harassment, with 116 of them were connected with the theft.

In Hamburg reported 195 cases, most of which are crimes of sexual. Similar excesses took place in Hesse (31 cases), Bavaria (27), Baden-Württemberg (25), Bremen (11) and Berlin (6). Isolated cases occurred in Lower Saxony, Brandenburg, Saxony and Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland.
 

All of the victims of these crimes are women. Their perpetrators, according to the testimony of victims and witnesses, they were young men aged 17-30 years about the “south” or “Arab” appearance.
