About the death of Artur Gorski informed politicians Law and Justice. - After a serious illness died deputy Artur Gorski. He was a man devoted to God and country - announced at the beginning of Friday's session the Parliament PiS leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski.

"He died last night after a long and serious illness. He was an exceptional man. Eternal rest grant unto him to give Mr. "- he wrote on Twitter MEP Jacek Sasin. "Our colleague deputy Artur Gorski went to the house of the Father. Great sorrow and sadness" - she added Ms Jolanta Szczypińska.

Artur Gorski died at the age of 46. He was a member of Law and Justice for the last four terms. He became famous among others as one of the initiators of the draft resolution aimed at enthronement of Christ the King in Poland.

The deputy for several years suffered from leukemia. He came to the Parliament with a medical mask on his face to protect the weakened body. - I have advanced leukemia, which, among others, attacked my central nervous system - he told.

"I start intensive chemotherapy. I'll need a lot of blood. Your blood is my life" - asked in 2013. Before the Parliament stopped the ambulance.

Mountain underwent a bone marrow transplant. In September last year, he told the media that he manages to win the disease.
