Earlier, independent media Belarusian reported that on July 10 the construction of the power plant, located 50 km from Vilnius, there has been “dropped the reactor during his placement in the reactor” within the trial assembly – weighing 330 tons of aggregate according to these reports, he fell from a height of 2-4 meters.
The ministry said that it currently takes to analyze the situation.
– After a comprehensive examination of the Belarusian specialists in information supplied by Atomstrojeksport appropriate decisions will be taken. Atomstrojeksport said earlier that circulated on the Internet “information about an alleged emergency situation linking up with damage to the body of the reactor does not correspond to reality.” Subcontractor reported that the body of the reactor is located outside the reactor section and there is no obstacle that was placed at the target site.
Lithuania’s President Dalia Grybauskaite accused the Belarusian authorities that decline to answer questions about safety and do not want to let observers into power, which raises concern about the Vilnius.

Nuclear Power Plant in Ostrowiec will consist of two power units with total capacity of 2400 megawatts. Her first block is to be launched in 2018 and the second in 2020.
