The institution Citibank in the center of Moscow striker took hostages and demanded negotiations with the police. According to “Russia Today” he was carrying explosives. He arrived on the spot a police negotiator, who led the negotiations with the attacker. After talking with him, the man released the hostages and surrendered to police.

According to the agency Tass, the attacker was Aram Petrosyan, 55-year-old businessman from Moscow, which went bankrupt. According to unofficial information, he had to demand the establishment of institutions that will help victims of bankruptcies.
 

 Among the hostages were three bank employees and one customer. According to sources from the Russian Ministry of the Interior man he threatened that he could blow up at any moment.
 

The man was to enter the bank and “demand negotiator.”
 

Then he had to call the police.
 

The area around the bank was quickly cordoned off, and on the roofs of buildings deployed snipers.
