In this year's presidential election in Austria, with a majority of 30 thousand. of votes won by the candidate of the Greens, Alexander Van der Bellen. Win earned him the votes by correspondence, which are counted only at the end of voting. Earlier results, announced after the closing of polling stations, which did not include absentee ballots, showed that Hofer, the candidate of the Austrian Freedom Party, leading to Van der Bellen by a vote of 51.1 percent. to 48.1 percent. Eventually Van der Bellen won by a vote of 50.35 percent. to 49, 55 percent.

FPÖ has requested the Court to declare part of the results of the second round of presidential elections as manipulated and thus invalid. In particular, politicians of the extreme right was for votes by mail, that determined the failure of Hofer.

Hofer initially declared victory rival and announced that he shall not repeat. In early June he changed his mind and, together with the policies of the FPÖ began to assert that the elections have to cancel because of violations in almost all of the 117 district election commissions.

The complex in the Court 152-page complaint that, according to the FPÖ in many committees of correspondence counting began on Sunday, not Monday, which is in regular time. Another objection: before they began to count them, they have been pre-sorted by unauthorized persons. And that means that someone eg. Could append something on the ballot so that the faithful in this way, the voice was invalid (in the country was put up to 164 thousand. Invalid votes). According to the FPÖ politicians to vote also allowed foreigners who do not have the right to do so. Another issue is the administration of the various committees of erroneous data or to publish during the counting of votes at the MSW results indicating victory Van der Bellen. Resort explained later that it was only a test page. FPÖ in these explanations do not believe.

Today, the Constitutional Court found that during the second round of elections actually took place irregularities. All indications are that it will be repeated.

Dowiedziałbym with pleasure, because I do not know, and this text does not find out, whether in Austria TK ruling is final, or, for example, verifies it parliament or is there any way to appeal the ruling. The title re-election is uncertain, but in the last sentence of the text reads that "everything points to repeat the second round," which is not so categorical.

Well, this is getting interesting! But so and so "Balkan route" will probably be closed. What merit do not Austria and Hungary, only the silent hero of Europe - Macedonia.
