Brussels promised Ankara financial assistance for immigrants in the amount of 6 billion euros

EU-Turkey Agreement provides for the return to Turkey of all migrants who illegally came to Greece – starting from March 20. The agreement states that the EU is to take over Syrian refugees directly from the Turkish camps; for each of the returned from Greece Syrian EU will take over from Turkey a Syrian refugee. Brussels has promised Ankara financial assistance for immigrants in the amount of 6 billion euros.
