Killer of two New York City police officers, 28-year-old Ismaaiyl Brinsley, had extensive criminal record. The man spent among two years in prison for illegal possession of weapons – said the head of the police detectives in New York, Robert Boyce.
Robert Boyce said that as many as 19 times Brinsley was arrested, mostly for theft.
Black Ismaaiyl Brinsley shot on Saturday two police officers sitting in a parked marked police car in Brooklyn. The perpetrator then fled to the subway station, where shot in the head took his own life.
