Inevitably, this will lead to further significant deterioration of relations between the EU and Russia – said Mogherini.
She called on Russia to influence the separatist leaders in Ukraine and to refrain from military, political and financial support for the separatists. – This will prevent catastrophic consequences for all – Mogherini added.
