Sentenced to death for drug trafficking. Execution made – Polish Radio

The four Nigerian nationals, two Australians, Brazilian and Indonesian citizen were executed by firing squad in prison on the Indonesian island of Nusakambangan – have informed the Indonesian media including daily “Jakarta Post”. As police sources said, the execution went smoothly, without any interruption.

Among the executed was not Filipinki, at the last moment she received a deferment. Prosecutor General’s Office spokesman Tony spontana reported that the reason for the decision was the application to the police in the Philippines one of the persons suspected of recruiting Filipinki. Sentenced is set to testify in this case. He added that the request to halt the execution occurred Philippine president. The two Australians were arrested in April 2005 for leading a criminal group having smuggled from Indonesia to Australia more than eight kilograms of heroin.
