The pro-Kremlin, social democratic consent obtained in Saturday’s vote, 23.26 percent of the vote – according to data provided by the Latvian Central Election Commission. Second place with a score of 21.62 percent took center-right, the ruling party of Prime Minister Laimdoty Straujumy Unity. Strong support also noted the Union of Greens and Farmers Union – 19.74 percent.
Fourth place for National Unity, which was supported by 16.5 percent of voters. It is these groups is likely to create a coalition, as they will have about 60 seats in the Latvian parliament, which consists of 100 MPs.
