Polish and Ukrainian Presidents held a minute’s silence in memory of murdered by the NKVD in Bykivnya. The 75th anniversary of the Katyn massacre in the celebrations in Ukraine attended hundreds of Polish people, representatives of the victims families, veterans, scouts and soldiers.
At the cemetery, buried in podkijowskiej Bykivnya is almost three and a half thousand Polish citizens murdered by the Soviets.
