- Elections are very quiet, no crowds. In our place, there were no incidents. People are very positive attitude, we do not have problems – said Olena Łysoiwanenko, chairman of the election commission at the high school “Podil” Podil district.
As reported by the Central Election Commission, the turnout at the hour of 16 is more than 40 percent. The highest, almost 50 per cent turnout in Lviv and Volyn districts, and the lowest in the districts of Donetsk (25.96 per cent.) And Luhansk region (27.07 percent.).
By noon, the turnout in parliamentary elections Ukraine was low. The CEC reported that they voted in only 20.3 per cent. authorized.
In the presidential elections held in May, turnout was over 60 percent.
Bloc Petro Poroshenko to lead in the polls

Some go for the elections in the capital of their families. They emphasize that it is their duty to vote in a difficult situation in a country that struggles with separatists in the east and facing serious economic problems.
– The family meeting we agreed that we will support Ukraine’s pro-Western forces. In the family we are three. I will vote for the Bloc Poroshenko, wife Samopomich (Lviv mayor Andriy Sadowy), and grandfather to the Popular Front (Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk) – Petro Kowryha said.
– I hope that we will be able to choose the parliament, which will work for the state, not the private pockets of deputies, as it was previously – he concluded.
According to the polls the vast majority of the new Verkhovna Rada should get the forces tending to integration with the EU, removing the margins of political life until recently ruling groups that have opted for cooperation with Moscow. At the head of the presidential polls placed the block, Petro Poroshenko with the support of approx. 30 per cent.
“No political force can not invalidate the results of the election”
Vice-President of the Central Election Commission Zhanna Ustenko-Chorna said that despite the difficulties with the organization of elections in some regions of the voting process generally takes place without violations. – We have reason to believe that the elections took place – she said.
Ustenko-Chorna also assessed that the current elections are the best organized in the history of independent Ukraine. – Despite some unpleasant facts with which we are dealing, in some regions, no political force in the country or abroad does not undermine the results of the election – Vice-President of the Ukrainian CEC stressed.
