Re-arrest of three suspects ws. Murder Nemtsov – Interia

Subsequently, however, a higher court overturned as illegal – as adopted at a joint meeting, and not three separate – the decision to arrest three suspects: Chamzata Bachajewa, Szagida Gubaszewa and Tamerlane Eskerchanowa and headed to the district court for the re-establishment of an agent prevention.

On Monday, the district court sanctioned the arrest, to April 28 of all three. Zabiegało of this accusation, arguing that if he did not remain in custody, could escape and destroy the evidence, which has not yet been completed gomadzenia.

Chamzat Bachajew accused of complicity in the murder of Nemtsov did not admit to participate in the crime, and his lawyer maintains that the accused had an alibi. Defense of the accused appeared in court Monday with a request for release on bail client not less than 1 million rubles (approx. 65,700 thousand).

Two other defendants: the alleged killer Zaur Dadajew and Anzor Gubaszew – are in custody ; decision on their arrest is taken in accordance with the law.

Last week, Zaur Dadajew stated once again that he is innocent. He said that the evidence against him was composed under pressure and under the dictation and that death threats.

He was killed on February 27 Boris Nemtsov in 2011-2012 was one was one of the organizers of the protests in Moscow after winning by Putin and controlled his United Russia presidential and parliamentary elections.
