Carnajew guilty of 30 charges

April 8 bench ruled a jury of guilt Carnajewa – considered him guilty of all 30 charges against him.

For 17 of those complaints, including conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction , he faces the death penalty. The same jury will decide now, after the second round of testimony of witnesses, whether to apply capital punishment or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

The trial was held from July 2013. Carnajew two years ago, he heard a total of 30 charges, including the murder of three people, wounding 264 and the use of weapons of mass destruction.

In the state of Massachusetts not carried out the death penalty for almost 70 years. This state already abolished the death penalty in 1984, but Carnajew corresponds to federal court and a ruling is possible. The ruling required the unanimity of the death penalty throughout the Judges.
