Six people went to the house arrest, and to more than 20 any other measures: from suspension in their duties to the obligation to check twice a day at the police station of the Carabinieri.

The mayor Carotenuto showed reporters empty rooms in the office. So far, no one was there because the staff just pretended to come to work. But now they can not because of the investigation.

On Wednesday, Italy entered into force the new, stricter government regulations on the fight against evasion of work, which is a real plague in offices across the country. According to the decree charged with such an offense employee it must be suspended from duty for 48 hours and released within 30 days. Expulsion from work also threatens his supervisor, if he does not implement these disciplinary measures.
