The penultimate day of the World Youth Days, young spent the vigil with the Pope Francis on Campus Misericordiae . In addition to traditional forms of prayer, worship of God singing and dancing, and helped them to the artists famous in Poland and around the world. The plan stand was among ecumenical concert and theatrical staging. Young left in the whole night.
At the beginning of the devotion the pope, accompanied by representatives of all continents – six young, went to “zone 0″, near which, close to the altar and stood Gate of Mercy. Going through it referred to the ongoing Jubilee Charity.

The meeting with the pope consisted of three parts: the staging, certificates young and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.

The scene has been depicted as a typical, modern disco with techno music, which formed the background to show the different cultural groups of young people. During the second stage on the big screen was displayed video showing the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001. In New York and last year in Paris, the scene of the war with Iraq and Syria. After the completion of the issue of the film, the scene ran consecutively 6 people (symbols continents) that screamed the word “NO” in different languages, including German, English, Spanish, Chinese. After the end of the scene the second witness gave Rand Mittri of Aleppo in Syria.

The essence of the third stage was the problem of modern civilization, closed in cyberspace. also warned pilgrims against the “paralysis of our times”, which is “to confuse happiness with sofa.” “Dear young people, do not come into the world, to vegetate, to comfortably spend their lives to make the life of a couch, which we sleep” – appealed Francis.
He pointed out that such a “couch” makes we are locked in a house, not bothering nor worrying. He added that “couch-luck” is probably silent paralysis, which can destroy us most, because little by little, without being aware of it, we become sluggish, stupid, Dazed, while others – perhaps more alive, but no better – determine our future.
He stressed that “the Lord as on the day of Pentecost, he wants to make one of the greatest wonders what we can experience: make your hands, my hands, our hands were transformed into signs of reconciliation , communion of creation. He wants your hands to continue to build the world today. “

The third part is the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Young prayed the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, was also time for a moment of meditation, and at the end the Pope blessed the Blessed Sacrament. At the end everybody sang Appeal of Jasna Gora in Latin, a reference to the prayer of John Paul II in 1991 at Jasna Gora.
During the adoration was used altar designed by Mariusz Drapikowski, which then will go to Kibeho in Rwanda, as part of project “12 Stars in the crown of Mary Queen of peace” – 12 places in the world where it is expected to take perpetual adoration for peace in the world.
Adaptation scenario Saturday’s presentation made Miroslaw Kister – choreographer Krzysztof perch – the director of the acrobatic dance Theatre MIRA – ART, who translated the various parts of the staging of the language of dance. Immediately after the stand with the Holy Father Francis began the ecumenical concert CREDO in Misericordia Dei.
The concert led marriage: Agata and Thomas Freed – popular journalists Polish television stations. Cristina Scuccia OSU, Sean Simmonds, Mietek Szcześniak, Olga Szomańska, choir TGD, Kasia Wilk and Cuba Zaborski.
The artists accompanied by the choir and orchestra of the World Youth Days, vocal ensemble consisting of two music formations: DeocentriCity and Deus Meus and musicians Orchestra Adam bars.
