In the Sunday edition of “The Times” he wrote that the Russians and Chinese decoded more than a million documents, which two years ago had stolen Edward Snowden, the NSA systems administrator, or the US electronic intelligence. We learned from them about mass surveillance. Americans on a large scale eavesdrop phones and intercept data on the internet – e-mails, photos, chat records, etc. The most important partner in this global NSA operation is to GCHQ, which is a British electronic intelligence (as well as interviews other English-speaking countries).

Secondly, modern methods of cryptography are so perfect that if someone properly encrypt documents, it is not possible to decrypt them (without knowing the encryption key). The statements and actions of Snowden should be presumed to cryptography knows very well, so rather not odstawiłby botch.
So if the governments of Russia and China actually won the whole booty Snowden, either alone consciously gave it to them, or the source of the leak journalists, which coincided analyst earlier handed over the documents (which of course also indirectly borne same Snowden).
