At eight and a half years in prison sentenced a court in the Czech Republic, Polish lorry driver for causing the disaster Pendolino, which killed three people – gives the Radio Information Agency.

The crash occurred on July 22 in the village of Studenka in the Czech Republic. Pendolino train carrier Ceske Drahy (Czech Railways – CD) running in the direction of Prague collided with a Polish TIR system, which invaded the railway crossing at a red light, as seen in the film published on the internet from the collision.

According to the IAR pole for causing the crash of the Czech Pendolino heard a sentence of eight and a half years in prison. Besides imprisonment driver received a ten-year driving ban in the Czech Republic. The man threatened to ten years in prison, but the court took into account that so far the Pole was not punished.
