Matthew Miller was arrested by the rustic service shortly after arrival in the country. According to the state news agency KCNA, the man after crossing the border had to tear his tourist visa and shout that he chose Korea North as a refuge for himself. In an interview with CNN’s Matthew Miller announced that the process admit to committing a crime and that he planned to break local laws before you travel to North Korea.
