Polish food will flow to Asia – Banker

Myanmar with the thaw, Vietnam thanks to thriving Polish lobby, and China because of the reconstruction model of the economy. Asians are waiting for Polish food – we read in the “Pulse of Business”.

 
 
 
 

The newspaper writes that, according to producers should not be crying over the loss of the Russian market because of the embargo, but fight harder on the south and east Asia. There you can export dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables as well as meat.


 

Resort economy this year is to start with a new call for proposals for support promotional activities – shares in fairs, seminars, conferences, preparation of promotional publications, but also about the financing of certificates required in foreign markets. These activities will be covered from the budget of the ministry.
 

According to Bogdan Góralczyk, a former Polish ambassador in several countries in South-East Asia, the most interesting markets for agri-food sector include China, which completely change its model of development. “I do not want it longer rely on investment and exports, but the mentality rebuild society on internal consumption. This is an unbelievable opportunity for our products” – says Góralczyk.


 

The second of its type is Burma, which is undergoing a period of political thaw. “The market of over 60 million people just opens everything” – says the former ambassador. Also advised to pay attention to Vietnam. “He lives there tens of thousands of Vietnamese educated in Poland, Polish-speaking and understanding our country and our interests. Should harder to use it” – says Bogdan Góralczyk.
