In an emotional speech, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko made the allegation Americans that disarmed his country with some of the largest stocks of nuclear weapons in the world and did not provide – as promised – protection against enemy aggression. The International Monetary Fund has offered the government in Kiev a loan of 17 billion dollars.
