The meeting called Contact Group for the solution to the crisis of the Ukrainian-Russian will take place on 24 and 26 December. They said that they are not prepared to talk. Ukraine observers were convinced that postponing talks pro-Russian militants want to achieve measurable success of the military and thus capture their better negotiating position.
