The man behind the wheel all-terrain vehicle raged through the center of Graz
Witnesses say that the zone pedestrians in Graz off-road car drove at speeds over 100 km / h. They also say that the driver deliberately invaded on foot. The mayor of Graz Siegfried Nagl, who passed was in the vicinity on a scooter, informed the press that he personally saw how the wheels got into a woman.
After a mad man driving even attacked passers-by with a knife, before police were able to restrain him. Graz pulled the emergency services across the region. Nothing is known yet about the identity of the perpetrator, or about his motives.
