Today, such a proposal at a meeting of the government is to submit to the Minister of Internal Affairs of France Bernard Cazeneuve, then it will be sent to parliament, which will vote on it.
French law on state of emergency implies that the interior minister may request the arrest of any person who is considered to be threatening public security and order. It also allows house searches at any time without a court order. Since the state of emergency in force detained 400 people and made more than 3,500 searches.
In this year’s European Championships will be attended by 24 football teams selected in the qualifying rounds, including Poland.
