talks in Minsk on the situation in Ukraine ended with no agreement. Their break through pro-Russian separatists announced a representative of Kiev Leonid Kuchma. He said that the negotiators did not want to talk about an immediate cease-fire.
In a three-hour meeting of the Contact Group for the crisis in Ukraine was attended by representatives of the Ukraine , Russia, the OSCE and the separatists, represented by the representatives of the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Luhansk Denys Puszylina and Wladyslaw Dejneho. Kiev
