Thorbjorn Jagland and Frans Timmermans said, among other things, that the starting point for political dialogue in Poland must be respect for the judgments of the Constitutional Court.
Deputy of Law and Justice Jacek Sasin has to compromise on the Court after a visit to Poland, European politicians. Law and Justice deputy partly agrees with the conclusions of EU politicians about the situation around the Court.

The conflict over TK
In a similar vein, the Catherine Lubnauer of Modern. MP stressed that the government of Law and Justice should fulfill the recommendations of the Venice Commission – to publish the decision of the Constitutional Court on March 9.
She added that the president should take a vow of three judges chosen by the Sejm of the previous term. Otherwise, – she said – we will be subjected to a procedure to check the rule of law, and consequently deprived of the right to vote in the European Council.

Last week, leaders of the biggest parties in the country have started a dialogue among other things, on the resolution of the dispute around the Court. The next meeting of politicians is planned in a few weeks. Simultaneously working expert team for the Constitutional Court appointed by the Marshal of the Sejm.
The confusion around TK
9 November 2015, the Sejm passed an amendment to the Law on the Constitutional Court prepared by Law and Justice. A day later, the Senate supported the amendment. On the same day signed by President Andrzej Duda, and it was published in the Official Gazette.
Earlier, the club of Law and Justice filed a proposal for five resolutions on that there are no legal force the selection of judges of the Constitutional Court of October 8 (by the previous Parliament). In their place a new parliament chose Julia Przyłębską, Henry Cioch, Lech Morawski, Mariusz Muszyński, Peter Pszczółkowskiego. The president took the oath of them.
3 December the Constitutional Court ruled that the previous parliament in October chose two judges TK in a manner inconsistent with the Constitution (in the place of those whose term of office ended in December). The choice of the other three (in the place of those whose term of office ended in November) was compatible with it. Judgment has not led to changes in the composition of judges.
9 March the Constitutional Court found that several provisions of the amendment of the Constitutional Tribunal Act, by the Law and Justice is unconstitutional. According to PiS politicians sitting of the Court was against the law.
