A young man was shot dead by a policeman in the US. 29-year-old Daniel Harris was deaf and dumb. He did not stop for police control. After driving a few kilometers stopped near his home. Then I tried to communicate in sign language with the officer. This gave the man the fatal shot.
Last Thursday in the state of North Carolina in the United States there has been a tragedy. According to “The Sun” deaf and dumb Daniel Harris did not stop for police control on the highway. The officer began to chase the 29-year-old. After 13 kilometers Harris stopped at his house and tried to communicate with the officer using sign language. Apparently in uniform he did not understand the intentions of the man and gave him a shot. Unfortunately this turned out to be fatal. Daniel Harris died. Orphaned 4-year-old son. This tragedy shocked not only the family of 29-year-old, but also the entire United States. – Daniel could not hear the warning issued by the police. He did not hear the command to stop or the subsequent command to become the site – says brother Harris. – The police must be able to communicate with such people. This tragedy would never be repeated – adds the man.
