Tunisia: 9 suspects arrested – Republic

arrested nine people suspected of links with the two attackers who carried out the attack on the Bardo Museum Tunis – Tunisia’s president office said. The main Tunisian cities army will be deployed to protect them.

The Communication added that “after a meeting with the president of the armed forces decided that large cities will be protected by the army.”

There was no mention, however, of exactly what the city comes, or when the army is deployed.

The attack killed 23 people, including 20 foreign tourists. So far identified 13 of the 20 killed tourists. The attack also killed three Tunisians.

This morning, Prime Minister of Tunisia, Habib Essid announced that established the identity of the terrorists; one of them was formerly known Tunisian intelligence. The perpetrators are Yassine Abidi and Khachnaoui Hatem, who died in an exchange of fire after the attack.

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Parliament Speaker informed the morning, according to the latest information in an attack in Tunis two Polish citizens were killed, two were lost, and nine were injured.
